Automatic Welding Manipulator
1. According to its loading capacity, effective stretching and elevating range, the automatic welding manipulator can be divided into light type, medium type, heavy type and ultra-heavy type.
2. Three structural configurations are available, namely the stationary type, stationary and rotary type, movable and rotary type.
3. The section areas of the boom and the column are determined using scientific calculation. The horizontal boom drooping is 2mm/m.
4. The boom of our automatic welding manipulator is equipped with a ratchet structured anti-falling device to ensure safety and reliability.
5. A cross fine tuner is located on the terminal of the boom to allow manipulation via remote control.
6. Our welding manipulator adopts eccentric shaft which can decrease clearance between the roller and rail
7. Column revolve unit can support motor driven as well as manual driven.
8. The control unit is composed of control board and remote control box. A control interface for positioner and turning rolls are also available.
